First Class Collision is an authorized insurance claims center, recognized by all major insurance companies, and a member of the Allstate Good Hands Repair Network. When you bring your car to our Westbury shop after an accident, we deal with the insurance company for you — the paperwork, the adjuster and the approvals — and set up your rental car, so you can get back to your day. Call (516) 433-4448 to start a claim.
What does the Insurance Claim Center do for me?
We handle the claim so you don’t have to. We talk to the adjuster, document the damage, get the repair approved, and explain your coverage and deductible in plain language before any work begins.
- Works with every insurance company — not just one or two
- Free claim consultation and free estimate
- Rental car set up for you through Enterprise
- Free towing for collision repairs, 24/7
- Lifetime guarantee on workmanship
Can I choose my own body shop?
Yes. In New York you have the legal right to choose where your car is repaired. Your insurance company may suggest a shop, but the choice is yours. Choosing us means your car is repaired to I-CAR Gold Class standards with factory-authorized parts — not to the lowest price.

How does the insurance claim process work?
- Report the accident to your insurer, or call us and we’ll help you do it. Keep the police report, photos and the other driver’s information.
- Bring the car in — or we tow it free. We write a free, detailed estimate.
- We work with the adjuster. We document the damage and send everything your insurer needs.
- Approval and repair. If we find hidden damage during the teardown, we get it approved before continuing.
- Pick-up. We tell you as soon as the car is ready. You pay only your deductible, if your policy has one.

Will I get a rental car while my car is being repaired?
Yes. We partner with Enterprise and set up your rental for you, usually right at the shop, so you can keep driving while we repair your car. In most insurance claims the rental is covered by your policy; we confirm coverage with the adjuster before you pick it up.
We arrange rentals for every kind of repair we do — collision repair, frame straightening, painting and more. Just tell us when you call.
What about my deductible?
Your deductible is the part of the repair your policy says you pay. We explain it up front, before work begins, so there are no surprises. Learn more about how deductible assistance works.
Can I pay for repairs myself instead of filing a claim?
Yes. For smaller damage, some drivers prefer to pay directly. We’ll give you a free estimate either way so you can decide.
What do our customers say?

Which insurance companies do you work with?

What if more damage is found after repairs start?
We stop, document it, and get it approved by your insurer before continuing. You are kept informed at every step.
How soon should I report an accident to my insurer?
