We are a Westbury-based autobody and collision repair company that operates a website to provide visitors (and customers) with information and contact access. Our hosting provider, i2 Web Services, adheres to and complies with all federal privacy regulations to ensure your data is securely stored.  

REGISTRATION DATA

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username, email address, and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information anytime (except you cannot change your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

SUPPORT DATA

You do not need to register on our website to contact us — with questions, appointment requests, or other. You can request any of these things via our contact form or by phone. You will have to register or use a Gmail account to schedule an appointment by using the appointment calendar. Only the data you explicitly provided is sent. 

COMMENTS

When you leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.

CONTACT FORM

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Google Gmail. You can find more information about Google’s Privacy Policies here

These submissions are only kept for customer service; they are never used for marketing or shared with third parties.

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data to recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

11. RELEASE OF YOUR DATA FOR LEGAL PURPOSES
